Damascene Hammer DH01

Damascene hammer is hand-forged from two different types of steel, 1095 & 15N20. The number of layers is multiplied by doubling the steel layers five times and welding them again. Our Damascus knife therefore has 192 layers and has been folded five times. This is what makes our hammers tough and hard that they last for a long time.

Damascus steel is a unique type of steel that has a high carbon content and alternating pale and shadowy grains that create distinctive patterns. Comes with instructions on how to care for the product.

For a long service life, the Damascus steel hammer is covered with special oil (undamaged) upon receipt.
