Natural Material Care: To preserve both the blade and the leatherwork, avoid using water-based products on the blade or the Bone handle and sheath.
Blade Maintenance: We recommend using linseed oil to treat the blade. Linseed oil helps prevent rust and corrosion. Apply a thin coat to the clean, dry blade and buff off any excess.
Leather Care: To maintain the leather handle and sheath, you can use a natural leather balm containing beeswax periodically. Apply a small amount of balm and buff it gently into the leather.
Sharpening: For sharpening your knife, we recommend using either carborundum or diamond sharpening stones.
